Hi, I’m Cynthia

I’m an Art Therapist living on the Coast Salish Territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples, also known as Victoria, British Columbia. I am deeply committed to guiding you through life’s challenges using the transformative power of creative expression. As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the ACCT and an Art Therapist with the Canadian Art Therapy Association, I bring a unique blend of expertise to support your mental and emotional well-being.

I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, PTSD, and the unique challenges of women’s health. Whether navigating major life changes, processing trauma, or managing daily stressors, I provide a space for adults and teens to explore their emotions and build resilience. My approach is rooted in understanding each person's individual journey, helping them regain a sense of balance and empowerment in their lives.

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time outdoors, creating and connecting with nature. Camping, hiking, and making art outside are some of my favorite ways to recharge. There’s something so peaceful about a cool dip in the ocean or listening to a good rainstorm. I also cherish quiet moments at home, curled up on the couch with a book and my dog, Midge.

These experiences ground me, and I bring that calm into my work, helping clients discover their own spaces of comfort and renewal.
